A person develops throughout his life, starting from his mother’s belly. He is born, crawls, walks, communicates with the world, people, learns, creates, changes, integrates experience, gets to know himself, others, takes stock.🛤 The usual chronology of life. But everyone fills it in their own way. One lives the path brightly and richly, the other exists on a “slow fire”. Some confidently reveal their natural talents, while others seem to sit on the threshold, observing life from the outside. One is happy and eats the cream with a spoonful, while the other is sure that happiness is not for him. Some build close and strong relationships, while others doubt that they can be loved just like that. One is happy with little, the other will not rest until he earns billions. For him, this is a guarantor of security or recognition. And some people don’t even know how much they need for happiness and what it is all about. Another knows for sure, he even re-reads his wish list before going to bed, but doesn’t change anything. Because the state is to blame and he was born on the wrong day. Conflicts with ourselves, with others and the world reflect our inner discord. • The repressed responds with anxiety. • The suppressed explodes with sudden aggression. • Expelled feelings return in a panic attack. • Unresolved grief turns into depression. • Unresolved separation leads to codependent relationships. • School bullying does not allows it to manifest itself. • The trauma of abandonment is accompanied by a feeling of guilt. I can go on for a long time. Each person decides for himself, it’s time to look to Himself or wait until the protracted serious condition passes on its own. Spoiler: it won’t go away on its own.🙅🏻‍♀What “bells” to pay attention to.🔸Increased anxiety🔸Inability to rejoice🔸Lack of appetite or overeating🔸Aggression, irritability🔸Alcohol abuse🔸Severe stress (death of a loved one, divorce, violence, etc.) 🔸Protracted grievances, guilt, jealousy🔸Relationship problems🔸Fear of certain situations🔸Emotional dependence Working with a psychologist is one of the ways to improve your life and relationships with loved ones.
