There are many desires, there is only one life, and if you set a goal, focus on it, Without being distracted by social networks, telephone messages, negative information from outside or bad experiences, if you believe in yourself and constantly work in this direction, then everything will definitely work out. Let's start with the fact that, in order to achieve a result, it is recommended to do the following: - decide what you specifically want; - set a goal (what you want to get as a result); - formulate tasks (how, step by step, you will realize your goal ); - start implementing the first task right from today. Your goal should be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound. When defining a goal, we usually think about the end result. For example, let's say you want to learn to play the guitar. Hence, the goal is to learn to play the guitar in one year. The tasks include the following: determine the place and timing of training; choose a teacher, clarify with him the schedule for learning to play the guitar, get advice on choosing a guitar, find out the issue of payment; buy a guitar; start training in accordance with the schedule; hold a mini-concert for family and friends after completion of training. The implementation of the last task will give you confidence in your own abilities and complete the gestalt. As we see, setting a goal for yourself and sitting, visualizing what you want in the present time, without making practical efforts, will not bring results. It's like quenching your thirst. Are you thirsty? And to do this, you need to at least take a glass, turn on the tap, pour water... Do you want to change your job?
