In the modern world, many women rely on their careers and earnings, and some have the mission of a “helper” - to save and help everyone who asks for it. As a result, they either face burnout or lose themselves among a huge number of problems. If you are tired of the constant race up the career ladder or you no longer have the strength to save everyone, then do the following “Meeting with WONDER WOMAN” method. This technique is for “strong” and “independent” women who want to feel again what it means to be a WONDER WOMAN. This technique can help you: look at the world and yourself with different eyes; realize what your “plugs” are; find resources for change. First task. Imagine that at some point the doorbell of your apartment rings, you open it and see that WONDER WOMAN has come to visit you. She confidently walks into the apartment and you can see her in more detail. How does she look? What is her facial expression, facial expressions, movements? What does she smell like? She does not have to constantly be strong and carry the unbearable weight of life. She doesn't slack off at work, but does everything for her own pleasure. Look at her in your imagination and record the feelings you experience when you look at her. Second task: Now you can pour out your soul to WONDER WOMAN. Tell her about your sorrows and sorrows. What is difficult for you? What thoughts haunt you? And when you share with her all the “painful things”, imagine that she gives you advice, namely, advises what she should do, what she should do, how she would decide, what resources she would use, etc. Third task.
