From the author: Dear colleagues! I have been working with color correction technology for quite a long time, having surprisingly positive results both in my family and beyond. It’s not for nothing that psychologists call this disease “killer of humanity No. 1.” Stress is the body’s response to extreme conditions that violate our emotional calm and peace of mind. What can cause stress? Almost any situation (and not only negative) to which a person reacts with strong emotional arousal. Even positive emotions (the birth of a child, marriage or marriage) can provoke stress; it can be caused by health problems (stress during pregnancy, post-traumatic stress) ... But much more often stress is caused by negative circumstances (loss of a job, death of a loved one). Situations that give rise to modern stress can also be of a minor nature (standing in a queue or traffic jam for a long time, being late for work, etc.). Lately, information stress has been developing at a very rapid pace - due to the abundance of negativity driven into our heads by the media. information. Stress and its consequences What is the body's reaction to stress? The most common manifestations are: - depression; - headaches; - insomnia; - sexual dysfunction; - rapid heartbeat; If a stressful situation lasts for a long time, chronic stress may occur, and against the background of severe irritation of the nervous system, migraines may occur, increased pressure, back pain, diabetes and even impotence. The seriousness of the situation can be fully realized if we remember that stress is not just nervous tension, it is a hormonal shock for all body systems, accompanied by suppression of its natural processes. How to cope with stress? Any drug treatment and prevention of stress without providing deep rest to the whole body is a waste of time and money; in frantic attempts to carve out time and material resources for this, we, again, provoke more and more stressful situations. Where is the way out? - you ask. It is included in the program of safe and effective color correction sessions offered to you. This vaccination against stress will reliably protect your body from its effects. The program consists of three modules (morning, afternoon and evening), which represent a carefully calculated algorithm of color pulsations (color correction) accompanied by a special therapeutic music (audiotherapy). Sessions should be taken three times a day, for 8 minutes, for 21 days. Then take a break for 9-10 days. You can carry out “physical treatment” directly from the screen of your work or home monitor. If for some reason the soundtrack bothers you, or if some of the melodies don’t fit your ears, you can turn off the sound, since the main thing in the program is still the color effect.
