If similar thoughts come to you, you should think about your psychological state. They may be a sign of: 😟Emotional exhaustion😓 depression... Rest helps with emotional exhaustion, but only one that involves the absence of activities that led to exhaustion. Therefore, it is very important to diagnose the cause, which can be difficult to understand on your own. And yes, it is useful for someone to call themselves to lie around like a zucchini, eat deliciously and sleep soundly. This is what I personally did almost all weekend ☺! Because depression often arises as a result of emotional exhaustion, let’s not bring it to that point. Three factors can indicate that depression has already begun: 🔶 negative thoughts about yourself, “worthless”, “stupid”, “ no one needs” negative thoughts about the world around: good events are not noticed, the whole world appears exclusively in black colors negative thoughts about the future. “There’s no point in starting something if nothing good is going to happen to me anymore.” All these thoughts are in the message at the beginning of the post, such a state cannot be ignored! When we get physically ill, we go to the doctor, take prescribed medications, take care of ourselves, but in our culture our mental state is usually not noticed and even devalued. Parents or friends can bombard you with recommendations from the category “buy yourself a cow and the whim will pass,” meanwhile, depression has long been recognized as a disease by official medicine and is subject to mandatory treatment, in some cases with the help of medications ☝What can you do for yourself? Take the Beck Depression Test, you won't get a diagnosis, but you'll have a general idea of ​​your condition. It is publicly available on the Internet. Contact a psychologist and a neurologist/psychiatrist, specialists work with this disease comprehensively, and most importantly, do not ignore it, only you know how you live inside!
