From the author: Excerpt from the book “Time Management for Children and Teenagers” Before putting things in order, you need to know one important, most important thing: what was the clutter for? ?1. Yes, we are talking about order again. Perhaps we raise this topic more often than anyone would like, but not at all because we want to be like adults who are bothered by the dust on your table or the toys scattered on the floor - we just know very well that what surrounds you , accurately reflects everything that happens inside you. This is such a pattern. It almost never happens that there is order in your thoughts, peace and grace in your soul, and there are mountains of untidy things all around. But this law also works in the opposite direction: if you are in a state of confusion, start cleaning - as you clear the space, your own thoughts will also come into order. This knowledge about “order in space” can be transferred to “order in business”: if you don’t have time to do anything, you forget about this and that, you spend a lot of time on simple things and try to solve even the most voluminous tasks “on the fly”, perhaps something just happens to you... something that worries you very much, worries. And when the dust settles and the excitement passes, things will also begin to be organized correctly. But regardless of whether this is so or not, you can help them - perhaps this will also help resolve some difficult questions in your head (how? about this, actually , and the whole book has been written, so be patient, dear friend, and read!)2. What happens to us happens for a reason. If we do something, we do it for something. And we don’t do it – also for some reason. We are late, we forget, we lose... All for some reason. And this reason, of course, is not your “absent-mindedness”, or “carelessness”, or even “busyness”. No. Such phenomena reveal to us our inner (hidden even from ourselves) attitude to a particular issue. At the very beginning of the 20th century, this fact was discovered by Sigmund Freud, the great psychologist. In the language of mistakes and things that have flown out of memory, our unconscious tells us something (this is such an important part of you that you are not aware of, but which helps you a lot: it stores memories of everything that happened to you, manages your health and everything that touches your body, helps you instantly react to danger and suggests the right decisions, like intuition).. What it could be: That we don’t like something or are afraid of something. So, if you constantly forget (you honestly forget!) sports uniform and cannot do physical education, perhaps these lessons are something that repels you. Maybe you're not sure that you can handle it as needed? Or are you afraid of your classmates' assessments? Maybe you don’t want to let them down in some team game because you consider yourself “unsportsmanlike”? Or, say, you forgot about your math tutoring sessions two times in a row. The parents are outraged, the tutor is offended. Perhaps you should admit to yourself that something is wrong here - either with your math, or with your tutor. Usually, when we stop being disingenuous with ourselves and recognize our true attitude towards this or that issue, it becomes much easier for us, and we can already change something... That we are not ready for something. For example, a man and a woman - this is the case with adults happens - we agreed on a date. But one of them confused the meeting place “out of excitement.” And the other one “accidentally” forgot his phone at home. The meeting did not take place. Perhaps this is a sign that it is too early for them to start a relationship. At least, some part of the personality (of each of them) thinks so. Or, for example, you are preparing for a contest, competition, or Olympics. You prepare sincerely, you want to win. And on day X your temperature suddenly spikes and you have to stay home. Or you forget your documents... Be that as it may, if you didn’t get somewhere (even for the most objective reason), it means that you didn’t want to get there (at least some part of you didn’t want to). That we don't have something that we really need. Imagine
