From the author: You cannot solve a problem with the same consciousness that gave rise to this problem. Albert Einstein I was asked today... “Why go to a psychologist?” The answer was not just the text below, but a new project... While we were dealing with the person who asked this rather common question, we came to the result. A good question always entails more than just an answer, but also action. Thank you for it. It turns out that there are “cutting and sewing” courses here, and it’s clear to everyone that they need to learn this. As for raising children, for some reason it is believed that no special knowledge is required. However, society, and then the children themselves, ask us as if we were taught this. We ask our parents as if they knew how to do it, but did the opposite. If everything is divided into what can be touched and what cannot be touched (material and moral), then a person is body and soul. Visible and invisible. However, in order to be a doctor and treat the body, they study for years and undergo long-term practice. For some reason, when communicating with the soul, with the huge inner world of the individual, we are less afraid than with a surgeon’s scalpel. In case of interference with the body, it is without a doubt clear that a person’s life can be taken. But in the case of interference in a person’s internal state, it is not considered so. Isn’t that why there are so many living “not alive” around? The body walks, but the soul only functions. Let's take it from the other side. Legal advice is approved by everyone - we are not lawyers and do not know all the laws. For some reason, psychological consultations are not so “serious”. As if ignorance of the laws here exempts them from responsibility. As if, since you are a person, you know everything about the human psyche. “After all, our parents raised us without any consultations or psychologists, which means we can handle it.” And the grandmothers, even more so, managed without it “after all, they grew up.” That they have grown is beyond doubt. And people lived without knowledge of the laws of nature. And they lived well. Developed. We created something new. However, the more new knowledge we acquired, the easier and more interesting life became. It is not so obvious that a person is having a hard time. Until chance comes and he begins to tell how this life is given to him. Not really life, survival. Illnesses, addictions, conflicts, insomnia... the list is huge when there is no joy. If you know the laws of the human “mental structure,” you can bypass a lot, survive easier and faster, and some can simply be avoided. In my opinion, basic psychological knowledge about the human psyche, behavioral psychology, childhood stages of development, crises and much more is necessary give along with the alphabet. Learn to communicate, respect and protect your boundaries. You also need to be able to experience victories. And appreciate the falls. Ask questions if it’s not clear, without throwing your soul into your slippers. Do I want tea or coffee now? Do I even want to? Do I want to eat or is it a desire to get a pleasure hormone? Do I like this man or is he the first person who appreciates me, but I don’t have to marry him so as not to raise children alone? Profession, temperament, and your own pace of development. I believe that this knowledge is no less important than knowledge of spelling, self-care skills and hygiene of personal belongings. So, after such a question, I sat down to create a series of general information courses. The topics are those that I came across most often. I offer the basic foundations of such knowledge under the general cycle “The Course of the Young...” - ... newlyweds (what are the boundaries in the family. Boundaries with parental families. Missions of a man and a woman. How do men and women differ) - ... parent (when and why are children born? What happens to a young mother? Tasks of a young father.) - ... parent of a first-grader . (what you need to know about the psyche of a school-age child) - ... a diplomat (I see you. I hear you. How to learn to negotiate. And when there is no need to negotiate) - ... a divorced person. (We are going through the stages of crisis and how not to step on the same rake) - ... pensioner (“If they tell you that retirement is good, don’t believe it! Retirement is very good!”) - ... neurotic (This.
