Dilts' Logical Levels technique allows you to explore a specific goal (task) by consistently moving from the level of ordinary life to the level of awareness of your mission and purpose, and then, moving in the opposite direction from above - down, bring new semantic guidelines and values ​​into the underlying layers of the pyramid, enrich your arsenal of actions, see new ways of responding through the prism of your abilities and capabilities. Dilts' "Pyramid": how to use Formulate your specific task from any area of ​​life in a positive way. For example, plant a flower garden; move up the career ladder; get an excellent figure or physical shape; create a small business; optimize the internal structure of the company, improve performance and increase income, etc. On separate sheets of paper, write down the name of each of the 6 levels and place them on the floor at a distance of one step from each other, maintaining the sequence that is reflected in the “pyramid”. Instead of sheets of paper, you can use pencils or markers. Thus, you will get a line 6 steps long, where each item marks the border of transition to a new level. Context Level If you imagine that everything worked out in the best way for you, then what final result would you like to get when implementing this task? For example, transport yourself to that moment in the future when the desired result has already been achieved by you in the most optimal way. How do you feel there? What is happening around you? Where are you there in this image? Who is next to you at this moment? Who surrounds you at this moment?Who are the people who accompany you in achieving your goal?Describe the desired outcome in detail.2. Action level Formulate answers to the question: What actions will lead you to the desired result? What needs to be done to achieve this goal? What other steps would those authoritative people, experts who have already implemented this task recommend for you? 3. Ability level What are your strengths and how thanks them (based on them) will you be able to realize this goal? What abilities and skills will help you achieve the desired result? What opportunities of other people are available to you in this situation? 4. Level of values ​​Why is it important for you to realize this goal right now? What is valuable to you this goal? What values ​​will be strengthened in your heart when you achieve this goal? 5. Level of self-identification (personal identity) What would you call a person who sets the same goals as you, has such abilities and values? Who are you in this project? ? Describe your role in one word.6. Vision What valuable and useful will this result bring to people close to you? How will the lives of people around you change when the goal is achieved? What is the significance (role, contribution) of this goal for all humanity? Look at this result through the eyes of the planet, what is important about this result from the point of view of planet Earth? And for the Universe?7. Mission What is your mission in all of this? Formulate it in simple words, so that even a child can understand it.8. Now turn around and look back and embrace your goal (project) as a whole, combine all its energy and information into a single whole. Take a look at the “Who Am I?” level.
