From the author: 2. Synthetic woman. “Cosmetics work such miracles that they sometimes terrify.” (Unknown) The image of this woman is becoming more and more embedded in the consciousness of the younger generation. Through advertising, cinema, literature, young girls and boys are instilled with the power of external fake beauty and the “elitism” of such an image. Western technologies help support the beauty and fashion industry, earning their billions of greenbacks from this. Such women spend their entire lives chasing external gloss, their inner world is confined to the level of rags from boutiques, luxury hotels and restaurants. They spend all their free time in beauty salons, in stores, collecting a lot of unnecessary things, at resorts, spending time looking at fashion magazines and the like. Very often, such women subject themselves to all sorts of experiments with their appearance: they do injections, plastic surgery, change the image is radically opposite, etc. For a man, they most often serve as an external decoration, a “doll”. They are often capricious and neurotic. Once, when a woman was a girl, she was taught that beauty is the main thing for a woman, she was groomed and cherished, blew away “specks of dust” and admired her appearance. Although the woman has grown physiologically, she is still in the same “prison” of illusions and stereotypes. She wants to “buy” her state of satisfaction with compliments, external beauty and admiration. But since this is the way to get internal harmony does not work, she is tense and irritated every time she does not hear compliments or admiration. Close ones fall under her “hot hand”. She most often punishes her man by spending his money in huge quantities, because... does not know how to give and receive emotional warmth. She is afraid of close relationships and, with the help of her appearance, builds a distance from her partner. Fashionable clothes, high heels, expensive jewelry are attributes with which she tries to win well-being and beauty, but she fails to do this . She lives with a constant feeling that she is “not as beautiful as they (models, actresses)” and this feeling becomes chronic with age, more and more prompting her to chase beauty. She increases her self-esteem by receiving compliments as a good consumer (expensive purchases) and for the fact that she knows how to dress fashionably. But... the time comes when such a woman understands that time has no power over her external splendor, she notices how she begins to age and if she fails to “delay” the time of fading external gloss, then she becomes depressed and irritable. Where she had power (control of appearance), now there is only emptiness. Such women are ready to give up all their savings in order to return to the state when they were given compliments. Deeply unhappy inside, feeling loneliness, uselessness and rejection, they spend their entire lives running away from their true selves, plunging into the world of illusions and artificiality. Often, being in in old age, they are still trying to catch up with their youth or take medications, alcohol and other stimulants. The state of a meaninglessly lived life does not leave them and usually they cannot cope with depression and despondency on their own. To be continued...
