In the old days they said: “Living life is not a field to cross.” Yes, life is a complex and ambiguous process). And in life there are disappointments, grievances, mistakes... . And how painfully we experience them, we are ashamed of them, we blame ourselves. I know from my own experience how difficult it can be to go through life. Over the years, the burden of difficult moments becomes more and more, and now my gait is no longer so easy. The joy of existence gradually disappears, replaced by routine, boredom or irritation. Like annoying nasty chewing gum, thoughts mix old grievances and internal justifications in your head. And, naturally, this affects relationships with people around you and your health. Among the many psychosomatic diseases, I am most concerned about overweight, or as doctors call it “obesity,” because, not so long ago, this was my problem. Life in general seemed like one continuous problem. So why, why did I drag around this huge suitcase of old quarrels and grievances? She dragged, straining herself and gaining body weight. Why? Nature does not tolerate emptiness, and if I carry this burden through life, what does it replace for me? What should really be in this place in my life? What blatant emptiness have I filled with the heavy garbage of the past? And it’s so simple! Colleagues and friends told me: “You don’t love yourself. Love yourself!” Yes, it’s easy to say… . When I heard this, I felt perplexed: “how is this?!” Or even irritation: “what nonsense!” But I was very lucky, I myself and my colleagues are psychologists. Who are these “psychologists”? The word “psychology” itself is translated as “the science of the soul.” Sounds a little strange, in my opinion. How can you study something elusive, extremely fragile and manifesting itself in such a variety of ways? Imagine, it’s possible! And everyone does it in their own way. For me, the soul is the world. A whole world with its own atmosphere, geography, flora and fauna. The world is balanced and holistic. There are as many worlds as there are people. And a psychologist is like a guide who knows the laws of the worlds and can show and suggest to its owner the best way out of any life situation. But only the owner of this world can change something. And only when I realized that I and only I am the owner of my world, and I am responsible for what it is filled with, dirt and garbage or flowers and the murmuring of streams, I was able to free myself. Lose the burden of guilt, shame, resentment and disappointment and live freely! Everything turned out to be very simple. You just need to respect yourself, appreciate your achievements, accept your mistakes with gratitude and love comes to yourself, to loved ones, to your business, to life. The most amazing thing is that you can learn this! You can learn to discover the treasures of your world and achieve what you want in life , you can learn to take care of the ecology of your soul and preserve and restore the strength and health of your body! And that’s why we exist—psychological guides. There are already many different methods, methods and directions for this. All you have to do is choose your direction and your guide. I am glad when people turn to me for help, I have something to share.
