Fromm) According to my observations, when working with clients - if the question of reason and faith finds a response and justification, then the question of love and feelings - is often perplexed by misunderstanding and a desire to remain on the sidelines rather than touch this topic with one’s soul. Sadness, despondency, loss of interest in life - many are familiar with these unpleasant experiences. There are many different ways to get rid of them, but the best method is to talk about your own emotions. If you tell your loved ones about your problems, you can get rid of the heaviness in your soul. It's a little more difficult to regain the joy of life. But we are not looking for easy ways, so let's get to work! I have prepared 10 meetings - 10 publications. This is material that I have lived, chewed and accepted. It is absolutely safe, easy to implement and miraculously “Helps!” 1st meeting - gives you the opportunity to test your ability to visualize and imagine 2nd meeting - “Remember everything!” It will help you master 2 types of viewing events from your past. The “In the body and out of the body” technique allows you to get more information, feel emotions, remember thoughts, relive the situation and take the necessary resource of self-love. 3rd meeting - Exercise "Matryoshka" - will expand the boundaries of your consciousness - Travel to places familiar to you. 4th meeting - Lesson "First grader" will teach you how to manage memories in the sequence that you need to solve a specific problem. Take a trip to childhood, remember what you have long forgotten. Goal: we learn step by step to watch events forward and backward in the sequence we need. 5 meeting - “Early childhood - look at the world through the eyes of a child!” Searching for the earliest memories. And much more - interesting, surprising and beautiful! For what? - you ask? Yes, to feel mentally healthy and free! ON THE ROAD! Welcome to the 1st meeting! The lesson lasts from 5 to 10 minutes. Today, thanks to a simple exercise, you will be able to determine exactly how you remember and imagine various situations or objects. The exercise is called "Apple". I will name the numbers and various options, exactly how you presented it, and you remember to yourself which number corresponds to your apple. * First I will say the numbers from 0 to 4 and we will test virtual vision. * Then I will name 5-6, we will test the visual sense of smell. * And finally 7-8, virtual taste. You need to remember 3 numbers, vision-smell-taste, for example, 4-6-8, when your inner attention gives a sign that “we are talking about you here!” Sit back, try to release the tension as much as possible. It is recommended to do the exercise with your eyes closed. We close our eyes and, in order to tune in a little for the upcoming work, we will observe our own breathing “Inhale - exhale” - 3-4 times. (you can put your hand on the diaphragm - chest, and watch your own breathing). Now, I will ask you to imagine an ordinary apple - say, green or red. Next, pay your attention to how exactly you presented your apple. As I already said, I will name the numbers, and you listen to yourself - does the number correspond to the description of the apple that you presented: Testing your virtual vision: “0” - You can set yourself a zero if you don’t know how imagine an apple, or you can think about it, but you cannot imagine a visual image. (memory works at the level - “I know, I remember”) “1” - If your apple is both flat and black and white, not three-dimensional “2” - The apple is also black and white, but already three-dimensional. In your view, you can rotate it - as you see fit. “3” - A colored apple, but it is like a photograph, flat. “4” - The apple is colored, three-dimensional, you can spin it, observe it from all sides.
