It’s hard to get up in the morning, it’s hard to fall asleep in the evening, those things that recently made you happy now seem everyday and unremarkable. What a burden it is to take your child to kindergarten every day, although even you are ashamed to admit it. The shame has also somehow weakened, there are no strong emotions. The husband/wife is annoying with his “chattering/lounging” on the sofa. Irritation itself somehow smoothly turns into whining and tearfulness. Depression. One of the unpleasant, to put it mildly, “misfortunes” of modern, accelerated life in big cities. Our strength is tested every day. The requirements of socialization and satisfaction of all the needs, desires of the family and one’s own force us to move and spin in a “non-stop” mode. What is happening in this context? An almost constant attack on one part of the brain. We discipline ourselves, force ourselves, somewhere even through force, we regularly receive negative emotions, blows or stress on the psyche, the nervous system is in constant time pressure and even at night, over time, we cannot relax, despite the complete shutdown of consciousness. Depending on the immune system, such attacks have an individual duration. Eventually, the body fails. A hormonal release occurs, and the entire complex structure of a person simply stops responding to signals supplied from the outside again and again, regardless of their significance. Apathy sets in, complete indifference to the entire world around us and even to one’s own needs and wants. “The device has overheated, the batteries are dead, and needs to be recharged.” Many of us have experienced a similar period in our lives. Some people lay down on the bed and didn’t get up for days, while others “went into all sorts of troubles”, trying to replenish lost energy. But everyone will probably say that nothing helped, and sometimes it drove us even deeper into a dead end. Some skeptic continued to monotonously carry out his daily duties, but now, like a robot, without reacting to a single remark. Another decided to rest for a week, considering himself simply tired. The third ran to get tested, which was already closer to the exit. In this case, mental destabilization requires the help of a psychologist, preferably. When a person himself does not have the strength and desire to even think about the root causes, to gradually reconsider the motives that led to such a state. If you can still find your own reserves within and try to help yourself, pay attention to your lifestyle. From early morning until late evening. Urban conditions with constant traffic jams, concentration on the roads, the accompanying negativity, responsibilities both family and work, the race for profit, which requires the body to be fully “combat ready,” lead to the desire to relax, but again, in a city environment. Lots of people around, loud music, artificial light, exhaust, alcohol. The list goes on. A radically opposite atmosphere and environment is needed. Run yourself out of town. But not to the same center of civilization, but to silence, greenery, surrounding water, mountains, clean air, sounds of birds, rustling sounds - a measured, non-running world of wild nature. Try to switch your consciousness to contemplating what you see without any conclusions or results. Do not evaluate positively or negatively. Just watch. Gradually, such “manipulations” will help to reawaken the body’s adequate desires, which can restore the vital functioning of the entire body as a whole..
