Why should I run to the store for every pack of bread?! - In your apartment there is a whole wall of closets filled with clothes that you don’t wear. And quite often you buy new clothes, which you wear once or twice and put in the closet. - These are good things, they’re just too small for me. Maybe I'll lose some more weight! And, in general, I give a lot of good things to my friends and the poor. - And you also “sit” on the Internet until 3-4 o’clock in the morning, and your TV is always on. - And what does this have to do with it? I just want to be aware of events! Let's dream up. Let's imagine a magic bag into which you can put anything. And we need to put together the necessary kit with which we will go to the mountains. In this bag we will put all your clothes, all the jewelry and bags, all the souvenirs and dishes. And, most importantly, all the food supplies from all the nooks and crannies of the kitchen cabinets. Can you imagine what kind of bag we’ll get?! And we’ll put into the navigator all the information that you receive from TV and the Internet for at least a day. Imagine this confusing minibus! WHERE and HOW will you go with all this? Your body is this bag. Your feelings are this navigator. WHERE and HOW are you going? Why do you need so much extra? And if it’s not unnecessary, then look at yourself in the mirror . Your body is a miniature copy of your home, your life. This is the excess that you carry inside you. If you do not change your behavior in life, then no diet will help. There is no point in blaming the mirror, your body will be fat. Stop grabbing everything! Do you want to be slim? It's time to learn to distinguish what is necessary from what is unnecessary. The necessary food is the one that I will prepare and eat today and, possibly, tomorrow. All. The rest is superfluous. If there is more in the package, treat someone or take another product. The clothes I need are those that I wear this season, and for each season in the volume of one suitcase. All. I don’t buy new clothes until I wear out or repurpose the old ones. The information I need is the one that helps me implement what I’m doing today and tomorrow. If this information does not help me change something in my life for the better now, it is unnecessary. DO NOT take unnecessary things into your home, head and body - this is STRONGESS. Just tell yourself more often: “Thank you, no need. It's too much for me." And then you will free up your energy to conquer any peak in your life, you will meet many interesting fellow travelers and many vivid impressions.
