And it is for this purpose that OSHO and his followers developed Dynamic Meditations - practices intended for modern people of a European mindset, striving to make their lives joyful, free and effective. For those who care about what happens to them and the world around them, who are ready to take responsibility for their life and begin to create it consciously! Osho taught not to reject life, but to accept it in its entirety, to live actively and joyfully, freely and consciously. Many people understand freedom as permissiveness, but this is not that kind of freedom. Freedom is a great responsibility, responsibility for your life. Osho spoke a lot about meditation.
