From the author: An article for everyone who would like to understand the causes of their illness and come to healing. It is also addressed to those interested in systemic constellations. For whom am I sick? When we all get sick, we all go to see a doctor. But not everyone knows that many diseases, in addition to the somatic component, that is, the physical one, also have a psychological component, namely feelings, emotions, psychological traumas that could contribute to the development of the disease. I won’t say anything new if I note that between the emotional state There is a connection between a person and the development of this or that disease. When emotional stress occurs, our psyche is the first to take the blow; if the blow was too strong for it, and it cannot stand it, then the next level of protection is activated - the central nervous system (CNS). If it cannot cope with the force of the blow, then the autonomic nervous system (ANS) or, as it is also called, the autonomic system, then the immune system, then the functional system, comes to the rescue. A functional system (FS) is a temporary combination of organs and systems to achieve a useful adaptive result. So, if the FS fails, then the person develops a psychosomatic disorder - the internal organs work normally, but there is a disruption in the connections between them. In this case, doctors, according to the results of a diagnostic examination, will tell you that the tests are in order and the organs are healthy, but at the same time you feel far from well. And at this stage you can still help the person cope with the symptom. Well, then, if you don’t work with the cause, then the organs and cells will be affected, and it will become increasingly difficult to help. Classic psychosomatic diseases are: bronchial asthma, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, colitis, neurodermatitis, thyrotoxicosis, hypertension, myocardial infarction, rheumatoid arthritis. Many of these diseases are considered chronic and are difficult to treat. But if you combine the efforts of a doctor and a psychologist, it is possible to achieve complete and longer remission, reducing periods of exacerbations to a minimum. If you or your child do not have organic abnormalities (that is, doctors do not diagnose disorders in the development of internal organs), but there are functional disorders (impaired organ function), and doctors cannot always determine why you are sick, you should contact psychologist or psychotherapist. Perhaps the reasons for your ill health lie in your personal traumatic experience, and sometimes even more so - in the traumatic experience of your parents and ancestors. Traumatic events such as physical, emotional and sexual abuse, early deaths of parents and many more adversely affect the relationships between all family members and most often manifest symptoms. A mother who has experienced trauma will inevitably pass on this experience to the child. The method of systemic constellations as a method of psychotherapy, which is based on the family constellations of the German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger, helps to clearly see the connection of the symptom with your personal experience or the experience of your ancestors and free yourself from this connection - this is so called symptom constellations. This type of constellation helps to find the true cause of the disease, hidden from doctors, from the consciousness of the client himself, to understand the essence of what is happening to the person, and to see ways to get rid of the disease. The cause of many of the client's illnesses lies in his birth system. Often behind the symptoms of illnesses there are specific events in the client's life or family history. The symptom usually indicates something or protects against something. What might a symptom of the disease indicate? For an excluded member of the system, about whom the family does not want to remember, some facts of his biography may be kept silent, hidden, protected from the dissemination of further information about this person, his actions, or he is condemned and not accepted. Thus, one of the systemic laws is violated - the law of belonging: every person has the right to belong to a clan. INIn subsequent generations, a person is born who, without realizing it, will restore justice (rather, the system itself strives to restore balance) - what was kept silent will “strangely” come out in some illness that has a psychosomatic cause. These can be: psychoses; panic attacks, phobias; emotional disorders; psychosomatic illnesses. A symptom can protect the client from unconscious, repressed, unwanted feelings. The symptom can also be a link in a relationship that is difficult to let go of. For example, diseases such as epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, and panic attacks are often the result of suppressed aggression and the desire to kill. Such symptoms indicate that there was a history of murder in the family system at some time in the past. These murders can be different - from the aborted children of your mother (respectively, your brothers or sisters), to victims from relatives. Or those your relatives killed. Regardless of whether you are aware of these events or not, the Soul knows and is trying to restore balance to the system. The client identifies with the “criminal” excluded from the system and feels his energy, which manifests itself as a certain symptom. The disease is the result of restraining aggressive impulses. In the case of schizophrenia, the patient often feels like either a victim or a criminal, which leads to a split personality (manic-depressive state). From a systemic point of view, two types of energy seem to connect and live in the patient at the same time - the energy of the killed, that is, the victim and the energy of the murderer - the rapist. And only by recognizing both of them, the murdered person and the killer, giving them a place in the heart and family system, can a person free himself from the symptoms of this disease. I remember one case (the story is described with the permission of the client, names have been changed in order to maintain anonymity). Nina addresses the illness of her son Yegor. The boy is 7 years old and is diagnosed with epilepsy. We arrange the figures to see with whom and what the child’s symptom is connected. The symptom indicates the mother’s gender and stands next to her father - the client’s grandfather and the boy’s great-grandfather. The grandfather says that something is pressing on his chest and it is very difficult to carry “this” burden. I ask the client what kind of burden we are talking about. And Nina said that her grandfather, as a teenager, jumped from the stove and fell on his one-year-old sister, and she died. His mother called her son a murderer and could not forgive him for the death of her daughter. The psyche of the 15-year-old boy was unable to bear what happened, and he lost peace of mind forever. The attachment between mother and son is broken. As I said above, a person who has experienced trauma will inevitably pass it on to his children in one form or another. This is how trauma travels from ancestors to descendants. I suggested that the client say the following words to her grandfather and great-grandmother: “Grandfather, I see your destiny. It's a shame there's so much pain. I don't judge. My heart is open to you!” The grandfather’s deputy felt relief from these words. And Nina said to her great-grandmother: “Dear great-grandmother! I see your pain. You lost two children: a daughter and a son, by condemning him. I am also afraid of losing my son - your great-great-grandson. Even if he leaves after your daughter, it will not bring her back to you. Please, great-grandmother! There is a place in my heart for all of you." After these words, the great-grandmother's deputy turned to his son and opened his arms to meet him. The son came into the arms of his mother. At the end of the work, the client thanked the symptom for pointing out this story to her. A few days later days Nina wrote to me (I keep the spelling and punctuation of the author): “Larissa, hello! I want to share with you what happened..) The other day my stepfather had a dream in which my grandfather, who died a long time ago... and whose character was present. in our arrangement .. so, my grandfather dreamed of my stepfather ... he said that he was the father of my mother .. (they did not know each other during life) and said - I quote - “Thank you for taking the cross off me .. he put a lot of pressure on my chest." Although my stepfather.
