In our time, the reality is that it is simply impossible to relax. Stress, anxiety, uncertainty about the future, family troubles, the endless “money question”... Everything is painfully familiar to everyone. It is sometimes so difficult to cope with your emotions, maintain reasonable calm and perk up. Is it possible to learn to manage your emotions? And is it right to manage them? Nikolai Ivanovich Kozlov, a professional psychologist, founder of the Sinton training center, will tell us. How to cope with all this negativity, how to remain calm, how to continue enjoying life and cope with all your emotions! Let's not deceive ourselves: we know how to manage our emotions .You are not in the spirit, but they give you a small child in your arms - “to occupy him” - and you begin to radiate goodness. And not because this is how the child affects you, but because you need to calm the child down. You started these emotions. You know how to do this. Let's not deceive ourselves: any of our emotions are generated by us, and not by faceless circumstances. If someone was insulted, he was offended and wants to take revenge on the offender. They insult another - he is upset about the imperfection of the world and thinks about how it can be improved. Life events are nothing more than a reason for worries. Experiences are triggered not by life, but by the person himself. Although I agree: in a standard, mechanical person, emotions are caused by a standard and very simple program that stupidly reflects reality and our spiritual passivity. We were pleased - we rejoice. We are upset - we get upset. The hostess sees that the toilet seat is wet (the men wrote sloppily) - her anger record instantly turns on. Now this record spins until the program ends. You know, I am not satisfied with being a mechanical person, a slave of circumstances. I want my feelings, emotions and experiences to be controlled not by circumstances, but by myself. I want to experience what I want - or what I need. I want to be the Master of my soul. Returning to the Sad Miracle: I will not insist that everyone should always deal with love’s melancholy this way. Everyone has every right to fill their soul with whatever they find necessary. It's his choice. But I will repeat my thesis: Everyone should be able to experience what they need at the right moment and free themselves from what bothers them (work, be sad, be happy, make others happy...) Let me emphasize once again - this is not about appearances and not spiritual cosmetics, we are talking about living experiences. I am not delighted with a person who, boiling inside, is nevertheless able to maintain external calm: after all, he has allowed it to boil inside... There is nothing to brag about for someone who has learned to extinguish irritation and quickly move on from grievances: after all, irritation and grievances appear in him ...The real owner is not the one who can put things in order, but the one who can prevent chaos in his home.... And in his soul... Learning to cope with your emotions is not as easy as it seems. One of the ways, by the way the most effective, is to undergo special training developed by professional psychologists. At the Center for Practical Psychology “Sinton” there is a course called “The World of Emotions: The Art of Being Happier.” Using examples from life and through exciting games, experienced presenters will teach you how to customize your inner world as you wish, creating the kind of “mental weather” you want. A person who arbitrarily experiences one thing now, and another a minute later, is not a person. and the car. Is this your ideal? - And which of us is a machine: You, who automatically gets upset when there is trouble, or I, who has a choice? You, who can only be offended or angry when insulted, or I, who freely determines my position? You, whose experiences follow events as unambiguously as the sounds of pressing the piano keys, or do I, myself, write the melody of my life? So which of us is mechanical, and which is a living and free person? As far as I understand, the main thing is.
