We often wait for ideal conditions in order to get ourselves moving, in work or personal life. Why is this so? Let's figure it out.... Circumstances can be external and internal. External: “When the political situation changes” “When I change my living conditions” Internal: “When I get a diploma, I will be able to declare myself” “When I lose weight, then I will go on dates” Are such thoughts familiar to you? What are they about for you? Behind them lies fear and self-doubt in our abilities and therefore we are waiting for that ideal moment when everything will work out and there is no need to go through unpleasant sensations and feelings. It happens? Yes, it may happen, but there are no guarantees that this will happen for you. By waiting, we delay and waste our time. Waiting for a better time is wasting your time and your internal resources. To process these thoughts, to keep ourselves on the brake pedal, all this takes a lot of our energy and time, but there is no result. Just do it... and think less about what and how it will happen. There will always be something that interferes, distracts, impedes. This is life, and you have to come to terms with it. Humble yourself and realize that the best time to start something is now. There will never be another good moment. There will always be something that ruins our plans and forces us to make corrections and additions to them. There are no ideal conditions, they simply do not exist. When an impulse has arisen, a desire has appeared - this is the “ideal” time for everything with love and self-care. You understand that the way it is now is already unbearable, and it is not clear how to move yourself from this point. I would like to offer you an exercise for yourself reflections:1. Write/describe what the point where you are now looks like, what your condition is, what is missing. Write honestly, without criticizing or judging yourself. 2. The second list is what I want, where I want to be, what I lack. Write this list with context in mind. where are you now. try to be objective (For example: if today your income is 50 thousand rubles, and in 2 months you want 1 million rubles, it will be difficult to make such a leap, but from 50 to 100 thousand rubles sounds more realistic). 3. What can you do to get to the desired point, taking into account external and internal factors.
