An insane amount of thoughts enter our mind every minute. They can be of the most incredible nature. That is why their influence on our assessment of everything that happens is catastrophically great. Here an observer sits and carefully studies the object of his research. Let's give him just a minute, and at the end of it we will see an amazing result of the relationship between thoughts and assessment. At the very beginning of the minute, the thought of romance quickly flashed through the observer's head. In a millisecond, past impressions of romantic encounters, experiences and impressions associated with them run through his head. Based on this picture, the observer admires his object. After a few more seconds, a picture of a sexual nature is formed in the mind. Pastel scenes make you even more interested in the object of observation. After a moment, the head is filled with the thought of financial failures, which has reduced the degree of attractiveness of the object. Next, thoughts about past negative experiences in creating relationships come into play, which leaves an even more influential imprint on the assessment of the object. After thirty seconds, to all of the above, an inferiority complex is carelessly added. After a while, the fear of responsibility comes and takes over. A minute passes, and the observer, with disdain for the object, gets up from the table, defiantly throws a glass of hot tea into the trash can and leaves, reinforcing all this with the words - no my. A few thoughts that sprung up chaotically in his mind changed the other person's perception in just one minute. And this is just a small example. For a more objective picture, it is enough to remember that we evaluate everything that happens to us every day. Succumbing to the influence of a restless mind, we misinterpret what is happening, projecting our feelings from the stream of thoughts onto external circumstances. Having learned to hear our minds, free from this stream of garbage, all people would be able to more soberly assess the situation, without succumbing to the provocations of their feelings and emotions.
