© Bondarovich A. A. One of my favorite authors is D. Carnegie - a famous foreign writer of guide books from the series “MAKE YOUR LIFE BEAUTIFUL”. He claims that WORRY is the most unnecessary and harmful that can happen in life. When a person worries, he does not live, but exists in the illusions of his anxiety, he is immersed in himself and mired in himself and his problems so much that nothing in life brings him satisfaction anymore. Such a person will sooner or later lead himself to depression or refusal of social contacts. Now let’s take a closer look at the key points from the wonderful book “How to Stop Worrying and Start Living.” If today is lived well, then yesterday seems happy to us a dream, and each tomorrow - a vision of hope. Carnegie's first advice: Fence off the past and the future, and to do this, ask yourself the following questions and write down the answers to them: Do I put off the things of today because of worries about the future? Do I sometimes make life is it more difficult in the present because of regrets about what happened in the past and is irretrievably gone? Do I get up every morning with the determination to “seize the moment, and make the best of the 24 hours a day?” Can I get more out of life by thinking, first of all, about today? Then, after analyzing the answers, you will understand that most often your thoughts are not about the present, but about the past and future. Ask yourself DO YOU NEED THIS? Of course, no one claims or forbids keeping past moments from your life in your memory or dreaming about something good in the future, the main thing is that these thoughts do not occupy all your thoughts, not giving room to LIVE IN THE PRESENT. If you have situations with anxiety, then: 1. Ask yourself, “What is the worst thing that could happen?”2. Be prepared to accommodate this if necessary.3. Then calmly think about how to change the situation for the better? REMEMBER!!! Fear causes anxiety, anxiety causes excitement and nervousness, excitement and nervousness cause psychosomatic disorders and psychosomatic diseases. Karl Minnenger's book "Man Against Himself" talks about the following: Good health and well-being are promoted by: Relieving stress and relaxation (healthy religion, sleep, music, laughter). Sleep well, like to listen to good music, try to see the funny sides of life. Then health and happiness will come to you. CONCLUSIONS: Don’t worry about the future, live calmly. If life or a situation drives you into a corner, ask yourself: “What could be the worst thing if I can’t solve the problem?” Mentally prepare yourself to accept the worst. Consider what measures you can take to improve the situation. Remember the irreparable harm, cat. brings anxiety. It is IMPORTANT to give yourself answers to the following questions: 1. What am I worried about?2. What am I going to do to solve the problem3. When am I going to start implementing the planned actions? Rules for discussing business problems: 1. What is the problem?2. What caused the problem?3. What are the possible solutions to the problem?4. What solution can you offer? CONCLUSIONS: When a nervous breakdown threatens, keep yourself busy with work, this will relieve insomnia and anxiety. Do not allow yourself to be upset over trifles that should be despised and forgotten. Remember that life is too short to waste on trifles. Ask yourself - what are the chances, according to the law of large numbers, that the event that I am worried about will ever happen? Along our journey in life, we come across many unpleasant situations that cannot be changed. They cannot be different. We are faced with a choice. We can either accept the situation as inevitable, or adapt to it, or ruin our lives by protesting against the inevitable, or drive ourselves to a nervous breakdown. W. James advises the following: Calmly accept what is already there, because this is the first step to overcoming the consequences any misfortune. When common sense speaks ofthat we are faced with something that will remain as it is, then for the sake of maintaining a healthy mind, do not look ahead and do not look back, do not mourn for what is not. Hawks, collection “Poems of Mother Goose.” For everyone illness in this world, there is a cure or there is no salvation at all. You try to find that cure. And if there is none, do not torture yourself in vain. Dr. Reinhold Niebuhr: God, give me peace of mind, Teach me to come to terms with what I cannot change! Give me the courage to change That , what can I change! And the wisdom to distinguish one from the other. Conclusion: ACCEPT WITH THE INEVITABLE!!! When the temptation arises to continue persistently participating in a hopeless task, answer the question: How much does what I worry about really mean in my life? Conclusions :To drive worry out of your life, keep busy. Busy activity is one of the best medicines ever created for driving away the “spirits of despondency.” Don’t get upset over trifles. Don't let trifles ruin your happiness. Accept the inevitable. If it is not in our power to change the circumstances, say: “This is so and, apparently, it cannot be otherwise.” In fact, if we think about happiness, we feel happy. If we are visited by sad thoughts, we are sad. If in our there is fear in our thoughts, we are afraid. If we think about illnesses, then it is quite possible that we will get sick soon. If we think about failures, then we will fail in some way. If we are mired in self-pity, then everyone will avoid us .Men and women are able to get rid of anxiety, fear and various types of diseases, transform their lives BY CHANGING THE WAY OF THOUGHT. So, if you are sad, you cannot immediately cheer up. But if you move and talk in a cheerful manner, you will involuntarily perk up spirit. Try to experience it for yourself. Smile broadly, cheerfully and with all your heart, straighten your shoulders, breathe deeply. Hatred deprives us of the ability to enjoy even delicious food. “THE BEST GREEN DISH AND WITH IT IS LOVE THAN A FAT BULL AND WITH IT HATE.” Even if we cannot love our enemies, let us at least love ourselves. To love ourselves so much that we do not allow our enemies to control our happiness, health and spoil our appearance. Lawrence Jones said in a situation of hatred this: “I have no time for resentment, and no man can make me stoop so low as to hate him.” " EPICTETUS noted that we usually reap the fruits of what we sow, and fate makes us pay for our atrocities. And if each of us remembers this GOLDEN rule, then he will not be angry with anyone, will not scold, insult and hate anyone .CONCLUSION: Never try to take revenge on your enemies, otherwise you will do much more harm to yourself than to them. Never think for a minute about people who are unpleasant to you. Human nature has always been incomprehensible - and it is unlikely to change throughout our lives. Mark Aveley said this: “There are many people around us, serious and vice versa, selfish and ungrateful, stupid and simpletons, gossipers and silent people. And this should not come as a surprise, because... It’s very difficult to imagine a world without these people.” We should also remember the following: in order to raise grateful children, we ourselves must show gratitude towards other people. Always remember that children love to listen to adults talk --- and therefore, always be alert, think about how and what you are talking about. BE YOURSELF. Psychologists conducted a study and came to the conclusion that the biggest mistake of people looking for a job is... is that they want to appear different from who they are. Instead of being casual and completely frank, they want to appear different from who they are and give the answers that they want to hear from them. CONCLUSION: Don't imitate others. Find yourself and be yourself! The real cause of many problems and psychosomatic illnesses is lack of contact with the environment. It is the man who shows no interest in his fellow man!!!!
