For many years we were brought up under the slogan “Everything for the sake of the party, everything for the sake of the common cause.” In the iron machine of the USSR, the needs and desires of a particular person (especially a child) were in last place. This upbringing has borne fruit. Almost every adult in the post-Soviet space from 30 to 90 years old knows what and to whom he owes. MUST: - Meet expectations; - Be grateful; - Experience only positive feelings; - Be comfortable; - So that everyone around feels good and comfortable. And everyone of these people feels a sense of shame for the slipped desire to “live for themselves.” Because this is selfishness. Because they don't deserve it. Because they are not good enough for this. Because they were taught from childhood that loving yourself is a shame. Therefore, we perceive any such impulse: to buy something beautiful for ourselves, to lie down and relax without doing anything, to please ourselves with something just like that - as something terrible, as our weakness. We try to hide it in the farthest corner so that no one will ever see it. And if you think for a second that: *accept yourself with all your shortcomings, *don’t judge or criticize, *take care of your health, *handle your feelings with care, *protect personal boundaries, *hear yourself and understand what you really want necessary - THIS IS NORMAL! Self-love is not selfishness, but a normal healthy feeling. It helps you feel happy and interact adequately with other people and the world in general. Well, the most important thing: until you sincerely love yourself, someone else cannot love you. This is a fact confirmed by thousands of human destinies. Let's check your level of self-love? Try to answer frankly “yes” or “no” to each of the points. 1. Do you torture yourself with constant diets? 2. Do you wear uncomfortable clothes and shoes? 3. Do you do dangerous beauty procedures? 4. Do you sleep less than 7 hours? 5. Do you always help everyone? 6. Do you say nasty things about yourself? 7. Do you save on yourself? 8. Do you put off visiting the doctor? 9. Don't you spend time alone with yourself? 10. Do you not know how to accept compliments? If you answered “yes” to at least 2 questions, this is a reason to reconsider your attitude towards yourself. And it is in this matter that I know how to help you! I have a 5-meeting program that will teach you to appreciate and love yourself.
