From the author: Who has any other ideas? It is impossible to give a single clear definition of the concept of “women's happiness.” It's pretty relative. So what is women's happiness? How to become happier? What makes you happy? Have you ever asked yourself this question? Formulate what happiness is for you. Write down point by point what you are striving for, what you want to achieve from life. Every woman has her own definition of what female happiness is. For some it is family, for others it is work, love, marriage, children, material well-being, self-realization, creativity, etc. It’s easier to say that women’s happiness includes many factors that allow women to feel loved, successful, in demand, desired, beautiful, in a word – happy. It should be added that the concept of “female happiness” changes with age. We can say happiness is moments of experiencing positive emotions - joy, inspiration, tenderness, ecstasy, admiration, etc. These are moments of takeoff and drive. Think about what such a state gives in life. 1. Fill your life with pleasure. Happiness is not only our global plans for the future, but also what surrounds us every day, the pleasant surprises of everyday life.2. Give joy to others - compliments, gifts, smiles, praise, words of approval and support. Be the source of other people's smiles. 3. Live in the present, what is happening to you here and now.4. Live in harmony with yourself. Love yourself for who you are. Give yourself words of encouragement, praise yourself, and be proud of your actions.5. Do what you like, do what brings you pleasure.6. Realize your ideas.7. Look for the source of happiness within yourself! In life, it often happens that a person wants to be happy and, due to an erroneous perception of reality, is in the pursuit of happiness, and not in a state of happiness. We see other people and objects as a source of happiness - this is wrong. Everything we see and perceive is part of ourselves, not external. The quality “delicious”, “fragrant”, does not refer to the object, but to our perception of this taste, smell, we are pleased with it. Often we experience a state of happiness when we receive something and we get used to this state and lose it. What's wrong here? The fact is that we believe that the source of happiness is external, and not within ourselves. 8. Exercise your body, exercise, yoga, meditation... Feelings live in our body - look for a feeling of joy and happiness in it. Develop bodily sensitivity and perception.9. Communicate with interesting, successful, cheerful people, be inspired by them.10. Develop the perception of a happy person. Find people, things, events worthy of joy - they are there and they are nearby, you just have to notice them. Develop a positive attitude.11. Spend more time outdoors. Walk.
