The song is called “Take on me” - “Give me a chance.” Now, today you have the opportunity to listen to your body. Give yourself a chance to get to know it better. I suggest you move around and dance to your favorite tune. Choose your movement option. For example, lying on the sofa, bed, floor. Invent something new for yourself. Let your neural connections, despite the ban on leaving the house and lack of mobility, multiply. This means new ideas will come, since the flexibility of the body and the flexibility of the mind are directly related. At the same time, the body, not the mind, is primary in flexibility. I will give the formula: Body flexibility = Mind flexibility = Acceptance of any situation The flexibility of the body does not depend on forms. A thin woman may not be flexible, but a woman with curves has good flexibility. If you do not accept your body, you force yourself in the gym, with diets. Your body won't thank you for this. Pay attention to your flexibility. Start with breathing, relaxation, stretching, yoga, qigong. Flexibility will increase, you will feel better about your body, and therefore accept it. And then it doesn’t matter what shape you have. I suggest right now to turn your attention to the body and start moving. At the same time, you have a choice how to do it. Freedom to choose. If you are now limited in going outside, then you have no restrictions in movement. If you are not alone now and it is unusual for you to show yourself in movement, then involve others in the movement too. The children will support you. If you are alone, alone, then you can turn on music and video and start moving too. No need to copy movements, make your own. And this will be your personal choice. Turn your attention to your body, and you will forget about fears and panics. And when you switch your attention to yourself, then acceptance of the situation occurs, and you will be able to see your capabilities, and new things that you can do in the present moment.
