A crisis is a state of a person in which he feels different from before. What was there before is no longer there, and how otherwise it is not yet clear. It's like a new beginning, but with old baggage, with existing experience. However, this experience does not greatly help to move on in peace. The crisis is characterized by an important deep transformation of the personality. If transformation has not occurred, this means that the crisis has not yet passed. A crisis is an extension of time; it does not happen in one moment. Yes, a specific event can change your life dramatically, but this is only the beginning of the crisis. A crisis is not just “I lived through it myself,” a crisis always affects those close to us. When we live through a crisis, no one can guarantee the outcome, the result, and especially the success of the transformation. A crisis is always very energy-intensive and emotionally charged. The word feminine is not as simple as it may seem in the modern world. Who today can say unequivocally - this is a real woman? What is real, and if I’m not like that, then am I not a woman? What is this feeling of being a woman? What is a modern woman? Is it possible to call someone who has had all her female organs removed a woman? At what age does a girl begin to be called a woman and why? There are more questions than answers. Although, when we say woman, then everything immediately becomes clear to everyone. The word identity is the property of the human psyche to express in a concentrated form how he imagines his belonging to various communities - I am a person, I am Orthodox, I am Russian, I am a mother, I'm a teacher, etc. In this case, belonging to a huge group of women, identifying oneself with women. Identity is the development of personality throughout life. This process tends to worsen at different periods in a person. Identity is formed in the image and likeness of those who are nearby, likening (usually unconscious) oneself to a significant other (for example, a parent) as a model of behavior based on an emotional connection with him. So, a crisis of female identity is a transformation of one’s internal already existing image of oneself into a new state of self. How I was a caterpillar and became a butterfly. Agree that the caterpillar crawled, and after becoming a butterfly it needs to learn to fly. In this state, the integrity, identity and faith of a person in his role as a woman disappear or decrease. Crises of female identity can only be roughly correlated with age, because for each woman, due to genetic characteristics, certain processes occur at different times. We can talk about the blurring of the age limits of crises. It is difficult to live through a crisis because transformation occurs both at the level of the body and at the level of mental self-determination. The main problems faced by a woman in crisis: bodily changes, changes in relationships with others (symbiosis, fusion, separation) acceptance of various roles: daughter, sister, bride, wife, mother, grandmother , great-grandmother, housewife, working woman, etc. the pressure of social expectations to find balance and harmony. A female identity crisis can be aggravated by the simultaneous coincidence of several crises. For example: menopause and reorganization at work, or the birth of a child and moving. Successful living through a crisis is helped by awareness of what is happening and a caring attitude towards oneself. Alas, the rhythm of life of modern women is not conducive to a calm transformation, but if you give yourself time to your loved one for reflection (perhaps with a psychotherapist) and for bodily practices, it will be easier to overcome the crisis. In times of crisis, support is needed. You can sign up for a consultation +79122885803 Tatyana Evtyunina
