From the author: We all want to receive millions of answers to millions of questions every day. We want to know how to improve our lives, how to find a job we love, how to meet our love, how to save a marriage, how to improve our health, how to get rich and just become a happy person. But does this help us make our lives brighter? Not always, far from it not always. But what's the matter? Why don’t the answers give us peace of mind and lead to the desired results? It’s all about readiness – the readiness to accept the answers, the readiness to act and take responsibility for one’s life. For example, a person wants to know whether it’s time to change jobs, whether it’s time to start his own business , become successful and rich. He asks friends and family if he has a chance of achieving good results. Everyone says that it’s high time, that the time has come. But he still thinks, doubts. Things aren't going well at work, the boss doesn't let me breathe, the family is crying because he comes in every day irritated. And it seems like there is an idea for a business, and people who will help, and initial capital. But something is preventing you from taking the decisive step. Why? It seems obvious that the time has come! But there have been no changes, and there will not be any. He is not ready to take responsibility for his life, his happiness, his health. He comes up with thousands of excuses not to make a new decision. Inertia and ossification prevent him from moving. What is he really thinking about? What is an obstacle to success? Fear! Fear of change.• Quitting such a “native” and “habitual” job• Leaving the team and the “warm” place• The unknown ahead• Active actions to achieve the goal• Searches and new relationships• Negative thoughts “What if it doesn’t work out and what then? »• Become different, new, unknown to yourself• Become successful and rich (paradoxically) This and much more requires a lot of energy to overcome inertia, force of habit, ideas. This is just one of a million examples that can be given. What to do ? How to move from dreams to action? It's very simple! I bring to your attention a few simple recommendations that will help you take the first step towards personal well-being.1. Visualize your dream. Imagine it in the most vivid, beloved and pleasant images. Live it as if it had already come true and gifted you with bright and joyful emotions. Transfer this “virtual” image into the real one using a drawing, collage, or story. Find something similar in a magazine or music library, something that inspires you and reinforces a positive image. This exercise will help you increase your level of motivation, add strength and energy for active actions.2. Make a plan. Fear of having too many things to do often slows down activity. It seems that to realize a dream is like to a neighboring star - fly and fly. Therefore, it is very important to make a plan. Let your plan have forty or fifty points better than five or six. It’s much easier to do things gradually. Select several large items, then break down each one into smaller ones, and the small ones into very small ones. And it doesn’t all have to be done in one day. It is not at all necessary to strain yourself with all your might and lull the last drops of enthusiasm. Little by little, but with sure steps towards the goal.3. Take action. Take the plan in your hands and begin to act step by step. Try to get maximum pleasure from each action, find maximum benefits for both body and soul. You will see how with every action there will be more joy, energy, happiness, pleasure. And let every day more and more goals be achieved through your efforts . Grow taller and become happier. It’s so nice to know that today I did enough useful things for my future. Good luck to you!
