Achieving goals is not about digging through the archives of old incidents. How to manipulate the brain so as not to hit a wall? Let's be honest: sometimes not only the outside world with its surprises gets in the way of our dreams, but also ourselves. When faced with repeated failures, we often feed our stories that stand between us and what we want. Even theoretical reasoning turns out to be unable to bridge this gap; it doesn’t come to action at all. Surprisingly, you are able to set any goals for yourself, because a lot depends on your map.🎴 How does a person make a decision?🤝When the time comes to choose, we look into our inner archive of memories, we pull out dusty situations from there and imagine possible endings, and then place a bet on one of them. We leaf through our archive of past incidents, with a solution we run into the walls of standard models of behavior and thinking, leaving behind only a stack of unsolved problems and something for comfort. Realisostopathy.. how do you like this term? - a tendency to run into standard structures and script dead ends.👉 I can, provided... Every time something gets in the way and you say to yourself: “I can’t,” ask yourself the question: “Do I want to?” Yes? If the answer is yes, then you can. Let’s try it with an example. You can, if... and then the missing puzzles will appear through the listings. 🧩 This little trick forces us to look for paths, not dead ends. I want to find a job that I like, and I will find it if: - I research my options, - I tune in to more interviews and get feedback, - I get additional training, - I listen to myself, - I treat it like a game, reducing the importance of failures. I have this example: a man received a refusal from his friend to work with him in a branded clothing store, after which he got a job in a real estate agency. This is where it began... He is already developing his own, is passionate about marketing and sets more goals. How much time would he have lost? Refusal is like a direction in the right direction. We learn to think in terms of solutions and adapt to new things. I want a happy relationship. I won’t be able to have a relationship with anyone if we ourselves are “unhealthy.” It will work if I build boundaries, strengthen my self-esteem, work through toxic feelings, learn to be happy, etc. It's okay if I make this an area of personal growth and a wonderful journey for myself. Also, consider the potential cascade of benefits associated with achieving this goal. Connect with other results. If you are bored when setting goals, then the likelihood decreases. 🤝🧩Practice on how to strengthen your goal I invite you to my Telegram channel Telegram 👉https://t.me/MargaritaVoronina
