Being confident, active, attractive, achieving your goal is a dream? Have you ever been in a situation of extreme uncertainty? How did you feel? As a rule, the sensations here are very diverse. You can feel it physically fever or chills, the heart may begin to pound or freeze, hands may sweat or become cold, the face may turn red or pale. But what is in the soul? Tension, depression, awkwardness or even shame, embarrassment, fear, helplessness. And how does this condition affect relationships? ?Causes difficulties in establishing and maintaining relationships, achieving desired goals. As a result, feelings of disappointment, hopelessness, resentment, suffering...Very unpleasant! It is these unpleasant experiences that are often the main cause of overeating and weight gain. After all, you need to somehow support yourself, get at least some pleasure! And then the excess weight begins to serve as an excuse for one’s own insecure behavior. “I’m fat, so I’m insecure.” And the circle closes! But confident behavior can be learned. And, you know, I’ll tell you a secret: acting confidently is much easier than it seems. And quite pleasant! The desire for a better, more fulfilling, interesting and meaningful life is natural for a person. Confident behavior helps you easily achieve your desired goals and significantly improves your quality of life. Confident behavior is the ability to make informed decisions in any situation, it is the preservation of one’s own opinion and dignity in difficult and even conflict situations. And the surrounding reality is full of conflicts and stress. And often the inability to behave confidently prevents us from establishing close relationships, even with those people who play an important role in our lives. And in order to avoid painful loneliness, it is so important to be able to create and maintain close and comfortable relationships in which you can find support, warmth and participation. By learning to better understand yourself and your partner, you can create relationships that satisfy and develop the couple. For this, there are many trainings, programs, courses.
