Our attitude towards the world depends on our knowledge. Knowledge reveals to us information that gives us understanding, interest and surprise. We learn something new about the world. Small does not mean weak. The ant, which we consider small and therefore weak, is actually strong. An ant lifts 50 times its own weight. Thin does not mean fragile. The web, which we consider fragile, is actually very strong. If the web had a diameter of 1 mm, it could support a load weighing approximately 200 kg. Steel wire of the same diameter can withstand significantly less: 30–100 kg, depending on the type of steel. Interest, surprise and curiosity are the natural states of a child. But do all adults know this? Unfortunately, not all. And teachers don’t know everything either. A person learns constantly. But as a child, that’s all he does. The child has come to a new world and he will have to collect as much information as possible about this world and learn to control his body, objects, and voice. But first of all, he learns to manage his parents, because at the beginning he does not know how to manage anything else. Managing others is our first skill. Now imagine that you are a teacher and walk into your first classroom of 25 to 40 practicing leaders with seven years of experience leading in stressful situations? It’s good if they find it interesting to write in the copybooks. And if not? Of course, this will not be interesting to everyone. And they will arrange for you everything they can. Small does not mean weak. Thin does not mean fragile. However, it is not difficult for a large person to defeat an ant or break a cobweb. It is not difficult for a big one to defeat a small one. And some do just that. This is not from strength, it is from weakness. Adult does not mean strong. And being an adult does not mean being smart. And this is very complex knowledge that is difficult for a child to believe. Because you need to trust yourself, and not an adult who inflates his authority. Believe in your instincts, not in dogma. This is the most difficult thing. You will have to learn from your mistakes all your life. A mistake is not about stupidity, it is about experience. Any mistake. Small does not mean stupid. And this is one of the important knowledge for adults. Happy Knowledge Day, dear adults! Consultation: +7 (967) 105-09-29 Telegram Channel A person is happy
